个人深度学习环境配置

pip配置清华源

-i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

创建虚拟环境,安装pytorch

conda create -n pytorch python=3.7
pip3 install install torch==1.10.1+cu113 torchvision==0.11.2+cu113 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu113/torch_stable.html

安装mmcv、mmsegmentation等

pip install -U openmim
mim install mmengine
mim install mmcv==2.0.0
# 通过源码安装mmsegmentation
git clone https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmsegmentation.git
cd mmsegmentation
pip install -v -e .

验证安装

进入python

# 检查 Pytorch
import torch, torchvision
print('Pytorch 版本', torch.__version__)
print('CUDA 是否可用',torch.cuda.is_available())
# 检查 mmcv
import mmcv
from mmcv.ops import get_compiling_cuda_version, get_compiler_version
print('MMCV版本', mmcv.__version__)
print('CUDA版本', get_compiling_cuda_version())
print('编译器版本', get_compiler_version())
# 检查 mmsegmentation
import mmseg
from mmseg.utils import register_all_modules
from mmseg.apis import inference_model, init_model
print('mmsegmentation版本', mmseg.__version__)

其他库安装

将albumentations指向已安装的opencv-python

pip install albumentations --no-binary qudida,albumentations -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
